As the owner of Advisian Consulting, I have over 25 years of experience in expert case management. I work with disabled individuals ranging from school age through adulthood to ensure they obtain the best resources and support needed for their individualized care.
I have 18 years of personal experience with navigating Veteran Affairs and other community resources with the elderly.

* Life Support Coach/Advocate
* Assessment/evaluation to determine what services and supports best suit each client
* Facilitating the process with the Dept. Human Services at the state and local level for behavioral, financials, and therapeutic supports
* Completing applications for multiple waivers such as Medicare , Medicaid , Social Security ( SSI or SSDI) , Veteran Benefits , housing, work programs, and transportation in the community, referrals for Support Coordination
